Last Wish Program
We understand that saying goodbye can be a difficult and emotional journey. Our program is designed to bring joy and comfort during this challenging time by making cherished final wishes come true for our hospice patients and their families.
Whether it’s a long-held dream, a simple desire to reconnect with loved ones, or a special experience to create lasting memories, we are here to help. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience joy and fulfillment, even in the face of a terminal illness. We invite you to explore our program and learn more about how we can help you or a loved one create a meaningful and memorable final chapter.
This program is open to all of our Hospice patients based on availability and request. The program is only funded through donations from individuals, businesses, and foundations. The last wishes are supported by our dedicated employees and volunteers who want to help our patients fulfill their last wish.
